Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 3n4n platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where accessing this type of entertainment platform is permitted under applicable law. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. 3n4n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements.

2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users or the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer its software, or interfere with its systems will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 3n4n monitors platform activity to detect and prevent abuse, and reserves the right to take action against any account engaged in prohibited conduct without prior notice.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 3n4n platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment channels available to Filipino players. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to an account registered in your own name. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Withdrawal page, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. 3n4n reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or decline transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your account history.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

3n4n may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information during registration, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also request the closure of yourown account at any time by contacting support through the platform. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided no outstanding violations are associated with the account. 3n4n is not liable for any loss of access to promotional balances or bonuses that were subject to conditions not yet fulfilled at the time of closure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3n4n platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and page layouts, is the property of 3n4n or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission. The 3n4n name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers and may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit authorisation. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

3n4n provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform stability and security, we are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes, and 3n4n does not accept responsibility for financial decisions made by users based on their gaming activity. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 3n4n's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
